This community provides a place to come when you’re having a particularly challenging day or big success. Sharing the sorrows and joys of chronic illness with people who understand helps us stay afloat when we might otherwise keep to ourselves.

This group is currently FREE. Anyone who joins for free will remain a free member for life.

All members must:

1) Be under medical supervision.

2) Be open to new ways of thinking and change.

3) Have a desire to develop healthy lifestyle habits.

4) Be open to feedback that's sometimes hard to hear.

My role here is to help you navigate really difficult conversations, encourage you to share your stories, and guide you toward helpful resources. If you have any questions that you feel are hard to ask, please send me a private message, and I'll be happy to help you find your words <3
