Devs Up is a community of software engineers committed to helping each other learn and grow. For every 100 new members added to the community we vote to promote one member who has been incredibly helpful or insightful.

Half of all membership dues are paid out to these members we call "Professionals". These payments are paid out at the end of each month and split among the amount of "professionals" at that time.

Our goal is to foster a more inclusive, helpful and giving community where we can all help each other learn in and grow in our field. The top members are incentivized to continue to help and new members are incentivized to become helpful, good members of the community!
