You can enable developer mode on Discord and you should be able to view the your ID or a member's Discord ID.
Head over to 'User Settings' and open the 'Appearance' tab. Turn on 'Developer Mode'.

Save the changes and go back to the user list on your server. Click on a user and select "Copy ID" then paste in the chat or email.
