• You may cancel at any time by managing your billing account via the link provided in your initial email.
• There is no prorating or partial months available for purchase (there are no free trial periods, day or week plans are not available).
• When you join your plan will run from the day you join through the same day the following month (example: July 14 through August 14)
• You understand that access runs to the hour/minute of your renewal timeframe and you will lose access to all previously accessible content. Your charge may not be processed and/or reflect on your bank/card's system until after your renewal has occurred.
• Our product is subject to change at any time and without any notice. You will not be provided a refund when this happens.
• This plan does automatically renew. All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
• Upon joining this membership program you will be granted an activation code for your personal use only. You may not share this code with anyone else. If you do, you will be systemically banned and no refund will be issued.
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and must be submitted via email within 48 hours of submitting your payment (refund requests on subsequent payments or renewal payments are likely to be rejected). We may or may not approve these requests based upon our review of the details. All refund decisions are at the discretion of Porter Picks LLC.
